My husband and I have raised our eight children in Northern Utah, giving me a deep appreciation for the communities I proudly serve.
I specialize in residential real estate, investment properties, new construction, land opportunities, and helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate every stage of the real estate journey. Beyond traditional real estate sales, I have hands-on experience with home renovations, basement remodeling, house flipping, and new construction, allowing me to help clients recognize a property's potential and maximize its value.
I also have experience working with local planning and development processes, including helping obtain two site plan approvals in Cache County. This background gives me valuable insight when assisting clients with land purchases, development opportunities, and zoning considerations.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in nursing, where I developed a strong foundation of compassion, advocacy, and service that continues to guide my work today.
Outside of real estate, I'm committed to improving housing opportunities in our communities. I support Project Valor's efforts to serve homeless veterans, serve on a local attainable housing committee, and advocate for practical housing solutions for seniors, first-time homebuyers, and working families throughout Northern Utah.
